Course overview:
Learning anatomy is important to know about the effects of stretching on our body. The course is primarily designed to teach the anatomic structure of the body and the effect of yoga specific exercises on the human body. The classes in this course are primarily theoretical.
Duration:
Total 24 hours of the course are dedicated to APL0401. Classes will run every day from Monday to Saturday and each class will be of 45 Minutes duration.

Examination
Towards the end of the course, the students are expected to give a theoretical as wells practical exam to qualify for the course. The theoretical part will consist of 10 subjective questions to be completed in 30 minutes. The practical and Viva examination details will be explained to the students in the class.
Attendance:
To qualify for the course, the students must keep a minimum of 90% attendance in the class.
