YOGA BASICS YBS0301
This course is suitable for both basic and advanced students of Yoga

Course overview:

The course YBS0301 is designed to enable students to have an understanding of yoga as a subject. The students will be taught the basics of yoga, meditation, and philosophy in this course.

Duration:

Total 12 hours of the course are dedicated to YBS0301. Classes will run every day from Monday to Saturday and each class will be of 45 Minutes duration.

Examination:

Towards the end of the course, the students are expected to give a theoretical as wells practical exam to qualify for the course. The theoretical part will consist of 10 subjective questions to be completed in 30 minutes. The practical and Viva examination details will be explained to the students in the class.

Attendance

To qualify for the course, the students must keep a minimum of 90% attendance in the class.
